New guy from NJ

Good evening. Figured I would throw a thread up after getting signed up and looking around for a bit.

I am a long time collector from NJ. Mostly vintage but have been decreasing the collection a bit. Reducing quantity now to increase the Quality as I re-focus (seem to do this every 2-4 years but I am sure you understand!) I have increased one part of my collection however - New Patch/GU/Auto cards of my favorite teams: Devils, Cubs & Redskins.

I actually stumbled on the site after doing a Google search for Golf cards a few years back and now that my collection seems to align with a lot of the threads I figured it was time to join!

G'morning Tim, welcome to SCF!! I guess I'll be seeing you on the hockey boards, do you still have any vintage stuff left and how far back did you go?? Them new shiny patches and autos are sooooo alluring o yes, but I looooooove a dinged-up 50 or 60 year old piece of cardboard just as much :)

welcome to the SCF Tim. I am slowly starting to rebuild my collection and am starting to get more interested in hockey cards as well. Im a Flyers fan so we will have alot to talk about. BOL with the collection.

I will be ranging around the board and will be in the Hockey Board quite a bit. My PC will have a bunch of newer stuff but also trying to keep 25 or so Hockey, Football, Golf and Baseball Hall of Famers. As far as how far back I go here is Mr Hern:

Thanks! I haven't figured out the sig line part yet- still working on that!!!! But here is a link to the 25 I am keeping for now as far as Hockey is concerned.
